The Formlabs Form 4 resin library represents a significant leap in material science, specifically reformulated to take advantage of the printer's ultra-fast Masked SLA (mSLA) technology. The V5 series of general-purpose resins, such as Grey, Clear, White, and Black, offer up to three times the print speed of previous versions while delivering improved toughness and "looks-like" injection-moulded surface quality. Beyond rapid prototyping, the range extends into advanced engineering resins for high-stress applications, BioMed resins for healthcare, and dental materials for high-throughput clinics. These next-generation photopolymers are housed in redesigned cartridges that minimise plastic waste and ensure efficient, high-flow automatic dispensing for high-volume production.
