This kit enables users to create a wide range of custom shades, offering new creative solutions for prototypes, concept models, and presentation-ready parts without the need for manual painting or finishing.

Specifically formulated for the Form 4 ecosystem, this kit ensures that your custom-coloured prints maintain the high-quality matte surface finish and precision expected from Formlabs standard resins. The colour is isotropic throughout the part, making it significantly more resistant to wear and tear compared to surface-painted models.

How the Colour Kit works:

Each Colour Kit provides the essential tools to create a custom resin palette. The process is straightforward and repeatable:

• Select your shade: choose from 16 pre-tested colours in the included recipe book or use the online Colour Picker to personalise your own.
• Measure pigments: use the provided syringes to measure specific amounts of cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and white pigments.
• Inject and mix: add the pigments into the 800ml Colour Base cartridge and shake thoroughly to ensure a homogenous mixture.
• Print: insert the cartridge into your Form 4 printer and start your print just like any other standard resin.

Included in the kit:

• 1x Colour Base (800ml)
• 5x Colour Pigments (115ml each: cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and white)
• Mixing syringes for accurate pigment measurement
• Recipe book with 16 foundational colour formulations
