Service contract

High-performance machines require high-performance care. To ensure your 3D printers, laser cutters, embroidery machines, CNC routers and any other of our machines never skip a beat, we offer an Installation service and a Basic service contract (2x per year).

Our Basic Service Contract covers one machine. If you have multiple machines at the same location, a discounted rate will be applied to each additional machine.

For machines that were not purchased new, a standard seperate maintenance service performed by MakerMondo (+-2 hours) must be completed before the Basic Service Contract can begin. This ensures the machine is in good working condition and meets the requirements for ongoing service coverage.

* We can provide a discount for multiple machines at the same location.

** We can perform the service contract either on-site at your location (Belgium and the Netherlands only) or at our MakerMondo warehouse (the machine must be shipped in its original packaging).
