Professional Cyan pigment for the Formlabs Colour Kit system

The Formlabs Cyan Pigment is a core component of the Colour Kit, the industry's first integrated solution for custom-coloured SLA resin. This 115 ml pigment concentrate is designed to be added specifically to the Formlabs Colour Base Cartridge. By combining Cyan with Magenta, Yellow, Black, and White pigments, you can achieve a nearly infinite spectrum of vibrant, opaque colours directly from your 3D printer, eliminating the need for time-consuming priming and manual painting.

Formulated for industrial precision, this pigment ensures that your custom-mixed resin maintains the high-resolution standards of the Formlabs ecosystem. It supports ultra-fine resolutions of 100, 50, and 25 microns, allowing you to produce aesthetic prototypes, architectural models, and consumer products with perfectly consistent colour throughout the entire part. Because the colour is integrated into the material itself, it will not chip or peel like surface-applied paint.

How to use Cyan Pigment:

To successfully create a custom colour, follow the official Formlabs mixing protocols:

1. Select your ratio: Visit the Formlabs Colour Picker (at the bottom of the page) to find the exact millilitre requirements for your desired shade.
2. Dispense: Use the syringes provided with your Colour Kit to measure the Cyan pigment and add it to the 800ml Colour Base Cartridge.
3. Agitate: Shake the cartridge vigorously for 4 minutes to ensure the pigment is thoroughly chemically dispersed.
4. Print: Insert the cartridge into your Formlabs 3D printer and select the "Colour" profile in PreForm.
