Equipped with an upgraded 9.25-inch Amber light engine featuring a 22% contrast ratio improvement, the Reflex Turbo controls light transmission with remarkable accuracy. This prevents stray light bleed, delivers crisp details, and extends screen lifespan up to 2.5 times longer than standard LCD light sources.
Featuring a specialised 385+ nm UV light system, the Reflex Turbo provides a 1.5× stronger curing effect than standard 405 nm printers. This ensures deeper, more even curing and unlocks compatibility with high-performance engineering and optical resins.
With a native 33 µm XY pixel size and a 90.6% surface restoration rate (surface tolerance less than 0.05 mm), the printer captures fine features down to 0.136 mm, delivering smooth, defect-free surfaces on every model.
The LCD light engine is pre-calibrated to keep light intensity variations within 3% across the entire build plate. Full-screen uniformity ensures parts print with identical accuracy whether placed in the centre or along the edges.
Built-in aging compensation tracks light source usage over time and automatically adjusts output, maintaining consistent light intensity and print accuracy across the entire lifecycle of the resin 3D printer.
Industrial-grade ball screw components deliver exceptional repeat-positioning accuracy (within ± 2 µm), eliminating layer lines and maintaining rigid stability even under heavy build loads.
The process package automatically adjusts Z-axis movement for different resins, angles, hole sizes, and complex geometries across up to 180 combinations. This reduces part warping, minimises resin buildup around support structures, and speeds up post-processing.
The 3D printer evaluates the geometry of each layer, including cross-section area, part spacing, and quantity, and selects from 18 motion control profiles to print as fast as possible without sacrificing quality or success rates.
By identifying key areas of each layer (such as inner shells, outer surfaces, and support structures), the Reflex Turbo applies varied exposure profiles to maximise overall part strength and surface hardness.
The HeyGears Reflex Turbo delivers 1.5× stronger curing than most other resin 3D printers, thanks to its unique 385+ nm UV light source. This enables the use of more advanced resins while improving the performance of finished prints.
