Ultra-high contrast 8K Amber MSLA display

Equipped with an upgraded 8K Amber LCD light engine featuring a 566:1 contrast ratio, the UltraCraft Reflex RS Turbo controls light transmission with industry leading accuracy. This prevents stray light bleed to deliver sharper details and a screen lifespan up to twice as long as standard LCD light sources.

Precise prints with sharper details

The dyed polariser film layer utilises dye macromolecules to control light transmittance better. This prevents overexposure or underexposure, ensuring razor-sharp details on every 3D print. 

Smooth & defect-free surfaces

The Amber Screen directs light at precise 90° angles to eliminate scattered UV light, ensuring smooth, residue-free surface finishes on every model.

Uniform light across the build area

The LCD screen is divided into 60 calibrated zones. Full-screen calibration keeps light intensity variations within ±3%, ensuring parts print with identical accuracy anywhere on the build plate.

Reliable C5 grade Z-axis module

Industrial-grade components deliver high repeat-positioning accuracy (within 2 µm), preventing visible layer lines and maintaining stability even under heavy build loads. 

Dynamic speed control

The printer evaluates the geometry of each layer, such as part size and cross-section, and selects from 18 speed profiles to print as fast as possible without sacrificing print quality or success rates.

• One-minute file setup: slice and prepare models for printing with a single click. No manual tweaking required.
• Automatic file repair: instantly detects and repairs common 3D model errors like holes, flipped walls, or intersecting shapes before printing begins.
• Smart support generation: automatically places sturdy supports where needed to prevent model detachment and boost print success rates.

Smart auto-assisted printing

• Floating screen auto-levelling: the floating screen system automatically aligns itself before printing, eliminating the need for tedious manual bed levelling.
• Residue detection: ultra-sensitive sensors detect cured debris as small as 0.2 mm, automatically pausing the print to protect your light source and resin tank from damage.
• Automatic resin refill: smart sensors monitor resin levels in real time and top off the resin tank during long jobs so you never run dry mid-print.
• Active resin heating (optional): with the optional heated tank, cold resin warms up from 10 °C to an optimal 22 °C in just 20 minutes, maintaining thermal stability to prevent failures caused by cold, viscous resin.
