Reflex Pulsing Release Module

The HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex RS & RS Turbo Pulsing Release Module Kit is an advanced add-on module which significantly enhances the productivity and print capability of HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex RS series 3D printers. Utilising active air pressure cycling, the system inflates and deflates the release film during printing, cutting peel forces by approximately 50% per layer to deliver faster, more reliable prints with fewer support structures.

• ~50% reduction in peel force: dynamic positive and negative pressure cycling minimises mechanical stress during layer separation, protecting delicate features and thin walls.
• Up to 20% faster print speeds*: reduced suction tension allows for accelerated Z-axis motion profiles, significantly shortening total job times.
• 25% fewer support structures*: lower release stress decreases the need for dense supports, reducing resin usage, post-processing effort, and surface marks.
• Expanded resin compatibility: this add-on is required for 3D printing with advanced engineering materials such as PAC10, PAE10, and PAU20 that demand low-stress release conditions.

The Pulsing Release Module is not recommended for models with walls that are thinner than 3 mm. Printing performance may vary depending on materials and model design.

Reflex RS Pulsing Release Resin Tank

The HeyGears Reflex RS Pulsing Release Resin Tank is a high-performance tank for UltraCraft Reflex RS 3D printers. Built with a low-suction dynamic film and leak-proof housing, it reduces layer separation forces to protect delicate model geometries.
