AESUB Orange is a long-lasting, self-evaporating scanning spray developed by 3D scanning experts for professional applications. The coating sublimates (evaporates) within approximately 12–24 hours, usually eliminating the need for time-consuming post-scan cleaning. Unlike many traditional scanning sprays, AESUB Orange is pigment-free and contains no titanium dioxide (TiO₂). This helps reduce contamination of your workspace and sensitive scanning equipment, allowing the spray to be used near hardware while improving efficiency throughout the digitisation process.

How to apply AESUB Orange:

For best results, follow this simple three-step workflow:

1. Spray

Apply AESUB Orange from a distance of approximately 15–20 cm. Spray the entire surface to be scanned while moving the can back and forth evenly to achieve a consistent, thin coating.

2. Scan

Once the AESUB Orange coating has completely dried and formed a matte surface, the object can be scanned as usual. Reference markers can also be applied directly to the coated surface if required.

3. Done

The applied coating gradually sublimates after scanning. In most cases, this removes the need for the cleaning processes typically required with traditional scanning sprays.

Post-processing and safety

AESUB Orange is designed to simplify professional 3D scanning workflows. Because the coating sublimates after use, it typically leaves little to no residue on the scanned object, making it suitable for many delicate surfaces or components that cannot easily be washed.
