PolyFlex™ TPU95 is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament engineered to work seamlessly with most desktop 3D printers, making flexible printing accessible to a wide range of users.

With a shore hardness of 95A, PolyFlex™ TPU95 offers a perfect balance between flexibility and ease of handling. It can stretch over three times its original length, providing excellent elasticity for functional and durable parts.

Printing requirements

Direct extruder with a gear ratio mechanical advantage highly recommended.
Will be very difficult to print with a small nozzle diameter.
Ensure your printer is not set up as a bowden system; any large gap between your extruder and hotend will cause printing issues.
For stock, older style printers, we recommend printing very slowly.
