The Backlight Unit generates an even, area-based projection of ultra-bright light using 60 LEDs and collimating lenses. It cures resin quickly and precisely anywhere on the build platform.
The Light Processing Unit 4 (LPU 4) precisely masks the light into a printed layer. It is durable, resistant to accidental damage, and easy to replace.
A patented micro-textured optical film allows airflow between the resin tank and the LPU. This significantly reduces peel forces for lightning-fast speeds.
Post-curing maximises material properties for stereolithographic prints, ensuring improved strength and performance. Form Cure combines precise temperature control and 405 nm light for consistent post-cure results.
Form Wash automatically cleans printed parts efficiently. It holds parts directly on the Build Platform for a mess-free transfer. Once the wash programme is complete, it automatically lifts the parts out of the solvent to air dry.
