Formlabs Form Cure (2nd Generation)

Form Cure automatically cures 3D-printed parts after printing and washing, improving strength and performance.
After washing, place the parts in the Form Cure, close the door, and select the resin to start curing at a suitable temperature for a preset duration.
With this 2nd generation Form Cure, many curing cycles can now be completed within just one minute.

Advanced users can adjust the curing cycle to ensure that complex parts are always cured correctly, and you can save your preferences with custom settings.

For biocompatible materials, curing is necessary to comply with safety standards established by regulatory bodies. Users must follow the indicated instructions for each material.

Why post-curing is important

Post-curing improves your part at a molecular level. 405 nm UV light initiates a reaction in which the individual polymers are bonded together. The result: a fully cured, isotropic, and 100% dense end product.

Consistent and reliable results

The 48-LED array and the convective heating system ensure even exposure to light and heat, with a radiant power of 14.5 mW/cm² and a maximum temperature of 100 °C.
