This dynamic film significantly reduces the forces exerted on parts during the "peel" process, allowing for the successful production of massive, high-detail parts with smooth surface finishes and exceptional dimensional accuracy.

The V3 iteration of the Form 3L Resin Tank offers an improved print success rate compared to previous versions, providing a more robust solution for long-duration, high-volume print jobs. For professional labs and manufacturing facilities, maintaining a dedicated tank for each resin type is essential to prevent cross-contamination and ensure the highest material purity. Each tank includes a stackable lid, allowing you to store resin safely outside the printer when switching between different engineering or general-purpose materials.

Maintenance and longevity tips:

To maximise the lifespan of your Form 3L Resin Tank V3, always use the "Model Layout" tool in PreForm to distribute your prints across the entire surface of the film. Concentrating prints in the centre will lead to premature wear or clouding of the dual-layer film. Periodically inspect the underside of the tank for dust or fingerprints, which can deflect the LPU lasers; clean only with PEC-PADs and 99% Isopropyl Alcohol. Never use sharp tools or metal scrapers inside the tank, as any puncture to the flexible film will require immediate replacement of the unit.
