Touchscreen control for fast operation

The 4.7-inch/11.9cm touchscreen replaces the rotating wheel, offering the user fast and smooth operation. The control is also available in 11 languages, including Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.

Reliable adhesion, from the first to the last layer

Not only has the build volume (330 x 240 x 300mm) been increased, Ultimaker has also added multi-point leveling to the Ultimaker S5. This allows you to create a precise and detailed height map of your print bed. This ensures excellent adhesion of materials to the print surface, from the very first layer.

Guaranteed print progress

Just like the Ultimaker 3, the Ultimaker S5 works with interchangeable print cores (0.25mm, 0.4mm, and 0.8mm) that retract when not in use. The NFC chip and EEPROM chip will indicate when the selected material does not match the set material. Finally, the new filament flow sensor protects you from failed prints due to a lack of material. This sensor notifies you when the material runs out and automatically stops your print. This allows you to work more efficiently and increase your ROI.

Stay connected anywhere

Thanks to the Wi-Fi and LAN connections, you can monitor the progress of your prints from anywhere using the built-in camera. The brand new app also allows you to monitor your progress.

Just like the Ultimaker 3, the Ultimaker S5 also has the option to manage multiple devices in CURA Connect. All this ensures that the Ultimaker S5 combines excellent performance with effortless operation and unparalleled reliability.
