Replacement print head shafts for large-format UltiMaker S-series

The print head shafts are the heavy-duty internal rails that guide the dual-extrusion print head across the X and Y axes. For the larger build volumes of the S5, S7, and S8, these shafts are engineered with increased diameters (10 mm and 8 mm) to provide the necessary rigidity over longer spans. This robust design minimises "sag" and vibration, ensuring that even at the centre of a large build plate, the nozzle maintains the sub-micron precision required for industrial-grade 3D printing.

What is in the pack?

• 1x X-axis shaft (476.2 mm): An extra-long 10 mm diameter spindle designed for the wide horizontal travel of the large-format gantry.
• 1x Y-axis shaft (350.2 mm): A precision 8 mm diameter spindle for the depth axis travel.

Compatibility:

This shaft set is designed for the following large-format models:

• UltiMaker S7
• UltiMaker S5 (and S5 Pro Bundle)
• UltiMaker S8

Note: This set is not compatible with the UltiMaker S3, which requires shorter shafts.
