PC-PBT is an advanced polymer blend of Polycarbonate and Polybutylene Terephthalate, specifically engineered to provide exceptional toughness and chemical resistance. This material maintains its mechanical integrity in demanding environments, offering high impact resistance even at low temperatures.

As part of the Polymaker Industrial range, this filament is designed to bridge the gap between desktop 3D printing and industrial manufacturing. It provides an excellent surface finish and is resistant to many common chemicals, including fuels and oils. Note: This is a clearance item (Op = Op)—it will not be restocked once sold out.

Best Practice Tip:

For the highest success rate and mechanical performance, printing in a heated chamber is strongly advised. To achieve maximum chemical resistance and relieve internal stresses, it is recommended to anneal the part at 90°C for 2 hours post-printing.
