Colour texture add-on for EinScan Pro series 3D scanners

The colour texture add-on (Colour Pack) is a dedicated hardware module that enables full-colour texture capture on compatible EinScan Pro handheld 3D scanners. By attaching this module, the scanner can record RGB colour data alongside high-precision geometry, producing textured 3D models suitable for digital archiving, visualisation, reverse engineering, and lifelike asset creation for virtual reality or animation.

The integrated colour camera works with the scanning software to align texture and geometry in real time, reducing the need for manual post-process texture alignment. This streamlines workflows when digitising artwork, artefacts, consumer objects, or other coloured surfaces.

Note: The colour modules for the original EinScan Pro/Pro+ are not interchangeable with the Pro 2X, Pro 2X Plus, or Pro 2X 2020 series, which require their own generation of colour packs.

Maintenance tip:

To maintain high-quality texture capture, keep the colour camera lens clean using a microfibre cloth and avoid scanning in uneven lighting or direct sunlight. Perform a white balance calibration in the scanning software before critical texture captures to ensure accurate colour reproduction.
