The Backlight Unit generates an even, area-based projection of ultra-bright light using 145 LEDs and collimating lenses. It cures resin quickly and precisely, delivering blazing-fast print speeds with excellent print quality and accuracy anywhere on the build platform.
The Light Processing Unit 4BL (LPU 4BL) precisely masks the light from the backlight unit into a printed layer. Together, the Backlight Unit and LPU 4BL ensure you can print anywhere on the build platform with extreme speed, accuracy, and print quality. The LPU 4BL is durable and easy to replace.
A patented micro-textured optical film allows airflow between the resin tank and the light processing unit. This film is integrated into the Light Processing Unit. This significantly reduces peel forces, allowing you to print at lightning speed without sacrificing surface finish or accuracy.
Six onboard control systems precisely measure and maintain the temperature, resin level, print forces, and print status in your printer. Together, they ensure consistent, reliable performance and prevent common malfunctions.
The Form 4BL Resin Tank holds liquid resin and provides a substrate for the resin to cure, using a dual-layer flexible film stack. Peel forces are significantly reduced, allowing for high-speed printing without compromising fine detail.
Integrated system that dispenses resin quickly, accurately, and with minimal waste, while making it easy to switch materials. Print without worrying about running out of resin and switch materials in under one minute.
Cured SLA 3D-printed parts help achieve their maximum mechanical properties and maximum dimensional accuracy. Form Cure L utilises two 500W heaters and powerful UV lamps, along with a reflective inner cavity and rotating turntable, to provide consistent, intensive curing.
Form Wash L automatically cleans printed parts thoroughly and efficiently with IPA or alternative solvents. Hold parts directly on the build platform while transferring them, or place them in the wash basket. Parts are precisely agitated for the correct amount of time, after which the system automatically lifts the parts out to air dry.
