HeyGears UltraGlaze Clear G115 gloss glaze is a premium surface-refining photopolymer glaze designed to enhance, protect, and seal 3D printed parts. Formulated to achieve exceptional optical transparency, G115 smooths away microscopic layer lines and surface imperfections, transforming raw prints into smooth, ultra-glossy finished products with a crystal-clear clear-coat appearance.

Application & curing guidelines
- Preparation: sand and thoroughly clean printed parts, ensuring the surface is completely dry and dust-free.
- Application: apply evenly via dipping, brushing, or spraying to achieve a thin coat.
- Curing: cure under a 385–405 nm UV light engine or curing chamber for 1 to 3 minutes (depending on the printing material) until fully tack-free.
Application options
- Brush/dip application: can be used directly out of the bottle for fast self-leveling and high gloss.
- Spray application: for airbrushing or spraying, thin with EAC (Ethyl Acetate) thinner according to your desired coat thickness (15 to 35 μm) to achieve optimal flow.
To achieve a flawless optical finish, apply UltraGlaze Clear G115 in a dust-free, light-protected environment (preferably indoors) in a well-ventilated area.
Target applications
- Clear resin enhancement: clear lenses, light pipes, transparent prototypes, and fluidic models requiring glass-like clarity.
- Miniatures & art pieces: sealing and gloss-coating painted figurines, tabletop models, display statues, and jewellery pieces.
- Protective finishing: adding a high-shine, scratch-resistant topcoat to functional enclosures and visual display models.
Spraying on prints after special treatments such as dyeing or priming may result in poor adhesion. A recommendation is diluting the varnish and then adding some curing agent.
