Tough 2000 Resin is the strongest and stiffest material in our functional family
of tough and durable resins. Choose Formlabs Tough 2000 Resin for all your strong prototypes and sturdy parts that shouldn't bend easily.

Tough 2000 Resin also has a higher Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) than other materials in the Tough Resin and Durable Resin family, such as Tough 1500 Resin and Durable Resin.

Note: only compatible with Formlabs Form 4

Use:

• Strong and stiff prototypes
• Sturdy molds and fixtures
• ABS-like strength and stiffness

Recommended for

• High-stress parts
• Machining
• Cyclic loading
• Works/feels like ABS prototyping
• Geometrically accurate prototyping under load

Not recommended for

• Very fine features or thin walls
• Rigid or stiff prints
• High-temperature applications
• Constant load
