The sliding block pack is a comprehensive gantry service kit specifically engineered for the larger build volumes and higher mechanical demands of the UltiMaker S-series. These sliding blocks act as the critical linkage between the X and Y axes, ensuring the print head moves with industrial precision. Over thousands of operating hours, timing belts can experience slight stretching and internal bushings may wear, which can result in "ghosting" artefacts or a loss of dimensional accuracy. This pack provides all the high-wear components required to refresh your printer's motion system.

What is in the pack?

• 2x Sliding block assemblies with 714 mm belts: Pre-assembled units for the Y-axis, featuring high-tensile GT2 belts.
• 2x Sliding block assemblies with 920 mm belts: Pre-assembled units for the X-axis, specifically measured for the wider span of the S-series gantry.
• 2x 200 mm Short belts: Reinforced drive belts that connect the X and Y stepper motors to the primary drive rods.
