Pattex Repair Gel

Pattex Repair Gel is a versatile, transparent adhesive designed for durable repairs and bonding. Its gel-based formula ensures a drip-free application, making it ideal for vertical surfaces and porous materials. This adhesive is both waterproof and extra strong, providing a reliable bond that can withstand extreme environmental conditions.

The cured adhesive remains resilient within a wide temperature range, from -50 °C up to +110 °C.

Applications:

Pattex Repair Gel is suitable for use with a broad variety of materials, including:

• Ceramics and stone
• Most plastics and polystyrene
• Textiles and wood
• Metal, glass, and mirrors

Note: This adhesive is not suitable for use with PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), or Teflon (PTFE).

Instructions for use:

1. Preparation: Ensure the surfaces to be bonded fit together properly. Parts must be clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.
2. Application: Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to one of the surfaces.
3. Assembly: Press both parts together firmly for at least 10 minutes. The bond is correctable for up to 2 minutes after initial contact.
4. Curing: The final bond strength is reached after 24 hours.
