Polymaker Industrial PolyMide™ PA12-CF

PolyMide™ PA12-CF is a carbon-fibre reinforced PA12 (Nylon 12) filament. Thanks to the naturally low moisture sensitivity of PA12, this product possesses exceptional mechanical and thermal properties—even after the moisture conditioning process.

When combined with the ease of printing provided by Warp-Free™ technology, this filament becomes the ideal solution for creating high-performance manufacturing tools, functional prototypes, and end-use industrial parts. Its low moisture absorption ensures an excellent surface finish and superior dimensional stability throughout the printing process.

Please Note: This is an industrial-grade filament that is not compatible with all printers. It must be printed using a wear-resistant (hardened) nozzle. For the best results, consult the technical data sheet and printing guide before use.

Support & Post-Processing:

If using PolyMide™ PA12-CF as self-support, it is important to remove the support structures as soon as possible after printing. Exposure to humidity can lead to a stronger bond between the support and the part, making removal more difficult.
