Transparent PET A4

These PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) sheets are made from 80% recycled PET bottles. They offer high transparency and impact resistance, making them especially suitable for chocolate moulds or other applications requiring high clarity and high impact strength. Available in 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm thickness.

Extras:

• Food-grade release agent for surface coating.
• After heating to the target temperature, please ensure the frame is pulled down for forming within 3 seconds to avoid whitening of the plastic sheet due to overbaking.

Specifications:

• Pre-heating: 140 °C
• Best forming temperature: 120°C ~ 12 5°C
• Application temperature: -40°C ~ 70 °C
• Food safe

Usage:

Chocolate moulds, packaging bubble shells, toy shells, trays, food packaging, low-temperature food containers, creative light shells, three-dimensional board games, and more.
