Magigoo HT is a professional 3D printing adhesive specifically formulated for high-temperature environments. By applying a layer between the print bed and the part, it ensures that high-performance materials adhere securely during the print process and remain relatively easy to remove once the bed has cooled.

This adhesive is designed for high-performance filaments such as PEEK, PEKK, and Ultem (PEI), which offer superior mechanical and chemical stability compared to standard materials. Due to the extreme temperatures required for these polymers, they can often bond too aggressively to the print surface. Magigoo HT is engineered to prevent bed damage while ensuring reliable adhesion throughout the print cycle.

Instructions for use:

1. Shake: Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Apply: Apply to the desired area by pressing the nib onto the bed to activate the internal valve, then spread the liquid evenly.
3. Print: Follow the recommended print settings provided by your filament manufacturer.
4. Remove: Allow the bed to cool completely. The print should release easily or "pop" off the surface.
5. Clean: Simply use a damp cloth to wipe away any residual adhesive from the build plate.

Safety and precautions:

• Material compatibility: Using this product with filaments other than high-temperature polymers (like PEEK) may cause excessive adhesion and could potentially damage your print bed surface.
• Application: Do not press the bottle too hard during application to avoid flooding the bed or damaging the applicator nib.

Professional tips:

• Brims: For larger prints or materials with a high shrinkage rate, a 20mm brim is recommended to further prevent corner lifting.
• Difficult removal: In cases of excessive adhesion, slowly work a small amount of water under the edge of the printed part. The water will help dissolve the adhesive layer and make removal safer.
