Replacement Bowden tube set for UltiMaker S-series Material Station

The "Decoupler to Feeder" Bowden tube set is a critical component of the automated material handling system in the UltiMaker S-series Pro Bundle. These two 620 mm tubes serve as the protected conduits for filament travel between the Material Station’s internal decoupling modules and the feeders located on the rear of the printer. Maintaining the structural integrity and internal smoothness of these tubes is essential for reliable, friction-free filament loading and unloading during automated spool changes.

Over time, the internal walls of the Bowden tubes can experience wear from abrasive filaments (such as glass or carbon fibre-reinforced materials), or the ends may become deformed by the pressure of the metal collet teeth. If you experience increased resistance during the "pre-feed" stage or notice that filament is snagging before it reaches the feeder, replacing these tubes and their associated clips will restore the industrial reliability of your material management system.

What is in the kit?

• 2x Bowden tubes (620 mm): Precision-cut, low-friction tubes designed to bridge the distance between the Material Station and the printer feeders.
• 4x Collets: Metal-toothed inserts that grip the Bowden tubes securely within the coupling points.
• 2x White clamp clips: Specifically designed for securing the tubes to the bottom of the S-series feeders.
• 2x Black clamp clips: Specifically designed for securing the tubes to the decoupler sliders on the Material Station.
