Sliding block and belt pack for UltiMaker S3

The sliding block pack is a precision maintenance kit specifically measured for the compact gantry of the UltiMaker S3. These sliding blocks act as the mechanical core of the motion system, connecting the X and Y axes and ensuring the print head travels with industrial-grade accuracy. Over time, friction and mechanical stress can lead to belt stretching or bushing wear, which often results in "ghosting" or loss of dimensional precision. This kit allows you to refresh the entire drive system to restore factory-standard performance.

What is in the pack?

2x Sliding block assemblies with 616 mm belts: Pre-assembled units for the Y-axis, featuring high-tensile GT2 timing belts.
2x Sliding block assemblies with 726 mm belts: Pre-assembled units for the X-axis, specifically measured for the S3 build volume.
2x 200 mm Short belts: Reinforced drive belts that transmit power from the X and Y stepper motors to the main drive rods.
