Brand: UltiMaker
UltiMaker S7 inductive print head PCB (234574). Features an integrated inductive sensor for high-precision active levelling.
On backorder
The inductive print head PCB is the primary electronic control centre for the UltiMaker S7. This specialised board manages the high-speed data exchange between the print head and the mainboard, controlling the heating cycles of both print cores, fan speeds, and the nozzle-switching mechanism. Crucially, this version of the PCB features an integrated inductive sensor, which replaces the capacitive system used in previous models. This inductive technology allows the S7 to achieve superior active levelling precision by detecting the metal build plate through the PEI coating without physical contact, ensuring a perfect first layer every time.
Replacing the print head PCB is a common solution for resolving persistent "Print Head Communication" errors, "Max Temp" sensor failures, or issues where the printer fails to trigger the active levelling sequence. Because this board serves as the bridge for all print head sub-systems, a fresh PCB ensures that your S7 maintains its industrial-grade reliability and advanced sensing capabilities.
This PCB is designed exclusively for the inductive levelling architecture:
Note: This part is NOT compatible with the UltiMaker S3 or S5, which utilize the capacitive print head PCB (225661).
