High-torque feeder stepper motor for UltiMaker S-series and 2+ Connect

The feeder motor assembly is the powerful actuator that drives the extrusion system, ensuring a consistent and precise flow of filament to the print head. This NEMA 17 stepper motor is engineered to handle the high-torque requirements of pushing 2.85 mm filament through long Bowden tubes, even when using high-viscosity or flexible materials. By providing reliable mechanical force to the feeder gears, this motor plays a fundamental role in preventing under-extrusion and ensuring the dimensional accuracy of your 3D models.

If you encounter frequent clicking sounds (stalling) from the feeder, inconsistent extrusion patterns, or "grinding" that isn't caused by a nozzle blockage, the internal motor windings may be failing. This assembly features a factory-pressed drive gear, ensuring a slip-free connection between the motor shaft and the feeder's internal mechanism, restoring the industrial reliability of your UltiMaker's material delivery system.
