UltiMaker PET CF expansion kit for professional carbon fibre printing

The UltiMaker PET CF expansion kit equips your S-Series printer for industrial-grade composite manufacturing. PET CF (carbon fibre) combines structural stiffness with excellent chemical and thermal resistance. This bundle enables the production of functional prototypes, durable tooling, and robust replacement parts with a seamless, factory-supported workflow.

Parts can also be annealed. Controlled post-print annealing raises temperature resistance from 80°C to 181°C and increases mechanical strength by up to 30%.

Compatibility and safety:

This expansion kit is designed for the UltiMaker S-Series. Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibre, it is mandatory to use only the included Print Core CC hardware. Standard AA or BB cores will be damaged.
