The following terms and conditions apply to our Makermondo Customer Club (hereinafter referred to as “Customer Club”) which are offered by 3D&I BV (BE0676.411.583), established in Antwerp, Herman De Nayerstraat 1, 2550 Kontich, Belgium. As well as relevant online shops powered by 3D&I BV (click HERE for the full list) (hereinafter referred to as “our companies”.
Membership to our customer club is completely free of charge and can be cancelled at any time. The membership is exclusively reserved for individuals with a valid email address.
You must be at least 16 years old to join our customer club; by registering, you confirm that you are 16 years or older. If you are under 16, you can register for our customer club by sending a signed confirmation from a parent or legal guardian to [email protected] .
Businesses, groups, or others making commercial purchases are not eligible for membership. Membership may not be used for commercial or profit-making purposes.
Your membership is personal, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms and Conditions and all other terms, policies, etc., that you agree to when you participate in contests, take advantage of offers, make purchases, and use other relevant services.
As a condition of your membership you are responsible for keeping your email address up to date.
By joining our customer club you agree that our companies may send you direct marketing.
This consent includes marketing materials from the brand(s) you sign up for and any brand within it.
We may send our communications and marketing materials via email and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, SMS, phone, etc. This includes information surrounding:
You also agree that your consent may also be used to request subsequent consent for other relevant products, brands, business partners or communication channels.
As a member of our customer club, you will be added to the newsletters from the product ranges selected. This newsletter will offer the easiest and quickest way to stay up to date about any new promotions and will allow you to explore different products within the selected product ranges.
You can withdraw your consent to receive marketing materials by email at any time by following the instructions in the messages we send you or contacting us at [email protected]. If you decide to withdraw your consent to receive marketing materials by email, your membership and all associated benefits will not automatically be terminated (For termination, please refer to subject 5 on this page), unless different terms apply to the benefit in question.
Please note that if you have consented to receive information about multiple brands, withdrawing your consent for one specific brand will not affect the consent for the other brands you have registered for. You must therefore withdraw your consent for each brand separately.
You can cancel your membership from our customer club any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by using the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of our newsletter.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership in the event of violation of these terms, actions that violate applicable law or actions that are inconsistent with the interest of our companies. We may terminate our customer club permanently without cause upon one month’s written notice.
If you have submitted a complaint to us and you are unhappy with how it has been handled, you can submit a complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, which you can find here.
All customer club data is processed by 3D&I BV.
By signing up as a member of our customer club, you agree to us processing your data as described below in addition to our general privacy policies that you can find here.
From the general privacy policy only the following applies from subject 3 and 4:

Marketing: After explicit consent, to send newsletters and possible advertising messages, including information about the development of our website and special offers or promotions. You can unsubscribe from such communications at any time via our website or through the unsubscribe option included in such communications.
